Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or higher qualification

- Ability to work in a residential setting
- Familiarity with harm minimisation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the AOID sector
- Ability to work a rotating roster including day, evening, and weekend shifts
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. They will also possess knowledge of the AOID sector and be familiar with harm minimisation strategies.
