Job Description

This role involves training teams to deliver exceptional customer service, creating engaging presentation packs, and facilitating Rookie Camps for new starters. As an Instore Trainer, you will work closely with the Instore Leadership Team and Territory Training Captain to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance
  • Provide personalized support to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Create interactive training materials to engage participants
  • Host successful Rookie Camps to integrate new employees into the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and public speaking skills, previous retail or hospitality experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
