About the Role

Tradewind Australia is seeking experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our team at an excellent Early Learning Centre in Victoria. We have two fixed-term positions available, one part-time and one full-time, for the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an educational program that fosters children's interests and stimulates their passion for learning through play.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for and experience in early childhood education, and specifically Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
  • Maintain children's individual observations, assessments and learning plans.
  • Build and maintain positive and respectful relationships with families and children.

Requirements:

  • ACECQA approved qualification; Bachelor of Early Childhood and Education.
  • VIT registration.
  • Deep understanding of early learning pedagogy and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Current first aid qualifications including asthma, anaphylaxis and CPR.
