About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our fleet maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our transportation systems.

This is a 12-month contract with a dayshift roster, based at Southport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures
  • Fault-finding and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Process work orders and enter data into our management system
  • Drive safety, quality, and governance practices throughout our operations
  • Participate in rotating shifts and on-call rosters as required
About You

We value passion, attitude, and a willingness to learn. While experience is beneficial, it's not essential. Instead, we're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  • A team player mindset with a positive attitude
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance operations, ideally within the transportation or rail industry
  • A relevant trade qualification, such as Certificate III in Electrotechnology or Certificate III in Engineering Trade (Mechanical)
