Real Estate Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to a dynamic agent in the Brisbane area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a high-performing team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work proactively and independently. They will have experience in a P.A/EA role supporting a high-profile Sales Agent and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.

The successful applicant will have a current QLD Real Estate Registration and a driver's license with a reliable car. They will also have a strong work ethic and a desire to progress as part of this high-performing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for booking and preparing appraisals, attending listing appointments, day-to-day diary management and appointments, database management, scheduling and conducting private inspections, OFI, and client appointments, project managing end-to-end listing preparation, organizing maintenance, renovations, styling appointments, and photo appointments, supporting the lead agent with client care, weekly campaign reporting, property and personal branding marketing, and processing listing and sales contracts.

Requirements
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration
  • Direct experience in a P.A/EA role supporting a high-profile Sales Agent (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • Extremely organized and self-motivated
  • Able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and desire to progress as part of this high-performing team
  • Must have driver's license and a reliable car
