About the Role

We are seeking VPS4 and VPS5 Specialists to support our Department's goals. The successful candidates will provide strategic advice, coordination, and briefings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We develop, draft, and coordinate briefings, submissions, and correspondence to meet our obligations.
  • We identify matters of urgency and escalate to management when necessary.
  • We provide expert knowledge and advice on governance systems, stakeholder relationships, and project management.
  • We lead the development of initiatives and ongoing improvements for corporate planning, reporting, and executive decision-making.

Selection Criteria:

  • Strategic Advice: We have highly developed innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Governance: We have demonstrated knowledge of effective governance systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Relationships Skills: We have well-developed stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in demonstrating sound judgement and an ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships.
  • Teamwork: We display leadership in working well with others to achieve team goals.
