Job Title: Senior Compliance Specialist
TLV is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to develop and implement operational policies and procedures for licensing and compliance teams. The successful candidate will have experience in developing intelligence-led risk-based compliance programs and quality assurance processes.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for TLV's licensing and compliance operations.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand technical processes and considerations.
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation regime to track performance for continual improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Produce well-researched, clear, and concise operational programs and procedures to support TLV's licensing and compliance objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce clear and concise procedures that achieve policy outcomes.
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation regime to track performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A tertiary qualification in law or investigations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of contemporary compliance and enforcement operations in a regulatory environment.
- Experience in performance oversight and reporting, and quality assurance processes.
What We Offer:
- A fixed-term, full-time opportunity until 30 June 2028.
- Salary: VPS5 range.
