Job Title: Clinical Program Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the clinical induction program for new and existing employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive induction programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic business plans to maintain high-quality clinical educational programs that support attainment of clinical qualifications and competencies for career staff.
- Oversee and approve all clinical information contained within programs developed by the Clinical Education Unit, ensuring alignment with organizational curriculum, training requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive training packages to support various clinical education requirements and manage the implementation of projects arising from the strategic plan.
- Identify and address operational challenges, implementing suitable intervention strategies to ensure seamless delivery of clinical education programs.
- Collaborate with Clinical Services staff to regularly review and update clinical training packages and programs in line with industry best practices.
- Undertake regular reviews of service provision, educational programs, and operational functions to align with changing industry needs and SAAS requirements.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, industry professionals, and tertiary education providers to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Provide leadership in creating a dynamic clinical education delivery team, implementing policies, ensuring responsible resource management, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
