Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our leadership team and contribute to the strategic development of training and wellness programs.
This role will support the Director in advancing service delivery, supervising early-career psychologists, and co-leading initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our client base.
The position also includes providing direct client care, contributing to program development, and strengthening external collaborations.
There is also the option to perform psychological assessments, including those for ADHD, autism, giftedness, and neuropsychological evaluations, depending on the clinician's expertise and interest.
Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Director to support service growth, innovation, and operational initiatives.
Provide clinical leadership through supervision and mentorship of interns and provisional psychologists.
Deliver psychological services including individual therapy, couples counselling, and assessments.
Contribute to the development and implementation of wellness and training programs.
Foster connections with universities and relevant community partners.
Support quality improvement initiatives across clinical and program areas.
About You You are an experienced psychologist with a passion for professional development, mentoring, and leading innovative practice initiatives.
You value collaboration, are committed to high standards of care, and bring a strengths-based and inclusive approach to leadership.
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph D or Psy D).
Registration with AHPRA and endorsement in Clinical Psychology (or ability to obtain upon appointment).
Minimum 10 years of experience in psychological practice, including assessment and intervention.
Experience supervising provisional psychologists or interns within structured programs.
Demonstrated leadership in clinical program delivery or practice development.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in university-level teaching or training delivery.
Familiarity with grant writing and continuing professional development accreditation.
Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and training of others in their use.
