Job Title: Senior Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical care specialist to join our team. As a Senior Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care across multiple homes.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration to utilise their skills and experience in residential aged care or similar environments. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and coordination, conducting regular assessments of resident care, and providing coaching, mentoring, and support to nursing and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination across assigned homes, ensuring that person-centred care principles are adhered to.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care to monitor progress, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to nursing and care staff to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and performance.
Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team development, motivation, and professional growth.
