  • We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
  • In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot user-facing aspects of Windows desktop environment, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, W365, IP telephony, and video conferencing.
  • Basic networking and IT security skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to excellent customer service.
