Regis is a prominent ASX Listed, high margin gold producer and explorer with over a decade of consistent production, reserve growth and exploration success.
Maintaining a strong financial position Regis has become one of Australia's largest, unhedged gold producers with 100% of gold produced from Australian assets.
It's two operating projects are Duketon and Tropicana which are located in North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.
Reporting to the EGM People & Capability, the Capability Manager is responsible for developing and delivering capability programs and frameworks across the whole business; site, projects and corporate.
This includes safety critical training, health and safety, psychosocial safety, frontline leadership and corporate capability programs.
Your role will see you work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, develop strategic solutions, and implement programs that develop individuals and strengthens the organisation's abilities to achieve its strategic objectives.
Focused on people development the role will have impact and be integral in achieving Regis' culture of people who are valued, effective and fully engaged.
To be successful you will be a HR specialist with experience in leading capability development in a similar organisation.
You will have a strong understanding of competency frameworks and capability assessment methodology and have a proven track record in designing and implementing training and development programs.
This role is based in Regis' Head Office in Subiaco and will require travel to site for regular engagement with key stakeholders.
