Role Overview

This landmark 65-storey apartment tower project offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-resourced team and take on a challenging role in structural site supervision.

  • We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the project, working closely with the General Supervisor and Project Manager.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and quality control, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Daily tasks may include monitoring construction progress, identifying issues or delays, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • A strong track record in delivering multi-level structures is essential, as is knowledge of building codes, standards and methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong planning and organisation skills are also required.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, who can handle complex problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
