About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through data-driven solutions.

  • You'll collaborate closely with senior BI developers and stakeholders to deliver both project-based initiatives and BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior BI developers in delivering end-to-end data projects using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide BAU support for existing reports and data models.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and stakeholder needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop reproducible solutions.
  • Support report adoption through user training and proactive issue identification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, quality, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
