We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Eden Academy, where we prioritize building connected teams and providing a fun and rewarding environment for our staff and children.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and inclusive Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program, design engaging learning experiences, and empower our children as independent learners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality Kindergarten programs that meet the needs of our children, aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the highest quality care and education.
- Build relationships with our families and the local community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a curriculum that fosters curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in our children.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of our children, staff, and families, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Currently studying (over half way though) a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- Australian Working Rights.
