  • This involves admission and ongoing care planning processes, case conferencing, and ensuring effective handovers.

Requirements:

  • A registered nurse with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum three years of experience in aged care
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current Covid-19 Vaccinations (Highly recommended)
