About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality patient assessment, care planning, and referral services for TB patients
  • Coordinate TB clinics in partnership with tertiary providers and General Practitioners to ensure flexible and quality TB management and treatment services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for TB patients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level for TB patients in Southern NSW
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care coordination
