Project Delivery Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator/Contracts Manager to support our project delivery team at ACRWORLD.

Duties and Responsibilities

">
  1. Support the project team in preparing and executing subcontractor procurement strategies.
  2. Negotiate and review subcontract tenders, perform assessments of variations, and manage client and subcontractor claims processes in accordance with contracts.
  3. Understand and manage contractual risk, assess variations, cash flow, and liaison with major subcontractors.
  4. Manage contract finalisation, including defects, manuals, and variations.

Requirements and Skills

">
  1. A degree in Construction Management or a relevant qualification/experience is required.
  2. You must have substantial experience delivering projects from $20M+, with a proven track record of implementing processes and procedures that promote positive commercial outcomes and reduce commercial risks.
  3. Excellent negotiation, written, and communication skills are necessary, as well as experience in the Fitout and Construction industry.
