We are expanding our operations in Australia and seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and procurement processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and high-quality materials/services.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services.
  • Handle procurement-related documentation, invoices, and reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement.
  • Travel across Australia when necessary to evaluate suppliers and manage procurement operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia as needed.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
