Procurement Specialist

iMile Delivery is a leading last-mile logistics company, providing innovative and efficient delivery solutions across multiple regions. We are expanding our operations in Australia and seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and procurement processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business needs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and high-quality materials/services.
- Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services.
- Handle procurement-related documentation, invoices, and reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement.
- Travel across Australia when necessary to evaluate suppliers and manage procurement operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel across Australia as needed.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
