The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead our team on a high-profile project in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions, including managing contracts, specifications, and documentation.
  2. Ensure client expectations are met in terms of project quality, time, and budget.
  3. Meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages.
  4. Tender packages cover full scope.
  5. Accurately input Viewpoint data on time.
  6. Process subcontractor information efficiently.
  7. Pay progress claims and variations on schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in construction or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with scope of works and identifying missing items.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
  • Understanding of building principles and construction practices.
  • Experience with head contracts, notices, and EOTs.
  • Leadership of subcontractors through the procurement process.
