About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Stockland Halcyon Greens Lifestyle Living Community in Pimpama.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to the Community Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering positive relationships with homeowners.
  • Assist with homeowner queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, welcoming new residents and ensuring they feel part of the community.
  • Prepare paperwork for new homeowners, streamlining the settling-in process and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
  • Maintain legislative and regulatory compliance, adhering to guidelines and policies while ensuring the community's needs are met.
  • Work closely with Caretakers to guarantee the community's requirements are being fulfilled.
  • Contribute to general administration tasks, utilizing MS Office Suite and assisting with the community website (intranet).
  • Represent Stockland Halcyon at homeowner functions and events, promoting a positive company image and fostering relationships with residents.
About You
  • You will bring extensive experience working in a customer service-related role, delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • A background in retirement living, over 50's communities, or similar would be highly beneficial.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to and understand customers' needs, as well as being empathetic and discreet when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • You are a natural people person, skilled at developing relationships, networking, influencing, and maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills enable you to deliver positive outcomes and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Proficient in administration tasks and competent across MS Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are highly organized, with excellent time management skills, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and impeccable presentation standards.
