We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Community Portfolio Manager to join our team at Stockland Halcyon. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse portfolio of communities across Queensland, Victoria, NSW, and Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, asset management, or facilities management, with experience working in large organisations. You will be able to demonstrate success in leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing effective strategies, and driving business outcomes.

This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise to drive financial performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of communities.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of community managers and facility caretakers, providing coaching and development opportunities to support their growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimise asset valuations, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and project teams, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative services and strategies that enhance the quality of life for residents and communities.

About You:

  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Experience in property management, asset management, or facilities management, with a deep understanding of the Australian property market.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business outcomes, with a strong focus on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on resident satisfaction and loyalty.
