About the Role

We are seeking a strong leader to provide strategic direction to our Service Support Team. As the Service Support Lead, you will inspire the team, deliver high-quality person-centred supports, and make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to the Service Support Team.
  • Actively monitor and review rostering requirements for the organisation.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions of funding between Identitywa, NDIS, and other bodies.
  • Work with teams to ensure KPIs for participant funding and rostering requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of families and employees.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification or 3 years' relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high-performing teams.
  • Dedicated experience in customer service in the disability field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to core values of Identitywa.
  • Working knowledge of NDIS standards and safeguarding principles.
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering employees in a person-centred approach across multiple services.
