Job Title: Claims Specialist
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage claims related to workers' compensation, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Work collaboratively with teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers, injured workers, providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage weekly payment entitlements and data entry for individual claims portfolios.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in a medical or corporate environment.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with patients, medical, paramedical, and legal practitioners.
- Sensitivity to cultural and social needs of individuals.
- Technically capable of working across multiple platforms and systems.
- Ability to process claims requests in adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Capacity to work in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment.
