Cutover Operations Director

Transformation programs are underway. This is a key position within our practice where you will lead the cutover and release management process for an end-user organization undergoing a transformation of their field service system.

Job Overview

This role involves leading the cutover and release management process, working closely with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan. You will also be involved in transition and change management activities, communicating with program, business, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Experience as Cutover and Release Manager / Cutover Project Manager on end-to-end transition programs
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end and complex multi-release cutover planning and management
Requirements
  • Immaculate communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extensive experience in cutover and release management
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end cutover planning and management

Desirable skills include experience and/or knowledge of Field Service Management / Field Management Systems, Enterprise Asset Management toolset transformations such as Maximo, and experience within Utility and/or Asset Heavy organizations.
