**Job Title: Cutover Manager**

**Location: Sydney, Australia**

**Duration: 6-month initial contract with potential for extension**

**About the company**:
Our client is a leading construction and property development organization with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable projects. As they continue to expand their operations, they are looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to join their team in Sydney.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the cutover plan for the Yardi implementation project
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the plan is communicated effectively and that all relevant parties are aware of their responsibilities
- Manage and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the cutover process
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the cutover process
- Ensure that all necessary testing and verification has been completed before cutover occurs
- Work with the project team to develop and execute contingency plans in case of unexpected issues during cutover
- Ensure that all cutover activities are completed on time, to budget, and with a high level of quality
- Provide regular progress updates to the project team and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in cutover management in an enterprise-level organization
- Experience managing the cutover process for large-scale system implementations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management and development software would be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
