- Extensive experience as a mental health professional with demonstrated expert-level skills in crisis intervention, assessment, treatment, and case management of adults and seniors with complex mental disorders
- Knowledge of adult and senior mental health service delivery systems
- Ability to apply national standards for mental health services at the organisational level and in clinical practice
- Capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and independently
- Knowledge and ability to initiate and manage interventions under the Mental Health Act 2014
- Clinical leadership skills including providing clinical supervision, line management, and performance development for supervised staff
