This is a permanent full-time position based at our head office.
We are recruiting for a motivated individual who has a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, category trends, and retail environments.
The role requires blending creativity with strategy and data-driven decision making to drive activation strategies and influence purchasing decisions at points of sale.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and consumer experience.
- Analyze consumer insights and marketing trends to optimize marketing strategies for all channels.
- Collaborate on the execution of national and local retail programs to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Utilize relevant tools such as syndicated data to assess market opportunities and risks.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or like discipline (or significant relevant industry experience)
- Established experience in marketing, brand management, or retail marketing in retail/FMCG industries
- Proficiency in the use of syndicated data tools to inform decision making
- Ability to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
