We are a leading provider of at-home swimming lessons dedicated to teaching essential water safety skills. We seek experienced and professional swim instructors and lifeguards who share our passion for teaching others how to swim and promoting confidence through sport.

As a swim instructor or lifeguard, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose from various pools in your local area, allowing you to work around other commitments. You will also have access to a supportive team that will find and book clients for you.

The ideal candidate is someone looking for a fun, flexible, and impactful role. They should be willing to travel to different home and condo pools to teach families within their community.

Our organization requires applicants to possess Australian Swimming Qualifications (Austswim, Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia or Southern Education), Current CPR Qualifications, Working with Children Check, Police Check or willingness to obtain, and Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (Lifeguard applicants only).

Additionally, desired qualifications include First Aid or willingness to obtain, Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics, Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes, Teacher of Access and Inclusion, and Teacher of Adolescents and Adults.
