Early Childhood Learning Specialist

Job Summary:
An Educator is responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program.
As part of our collaborative team, you will work with Early Childhood Teachers to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate level III qualification in Early Childhood, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification, a Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card, and a Police Check current within 3 months.
You will be working in a well-resourced centre with access to professional development opportunities, including Birth to Three program.
- Develop engaging educational programs that promote learning and development in children.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Caregivers offer wellbeing support, training and development opportunities, and an Employee Assistance Program.
