Key Role in Our Laboratory Team

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our laboratory team as a Veterinary Laboratory Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Veterinary Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Patient Service Management department within our core laboratory.

You will be part of the largest veterinary laboratory in the Southern Hemisphere, working in a brand-new custom-designed laboratory that offers a modern and efficient working environment.

Our ideal candidate will have experience or a desire to work within a multi-discipline diagnostics laboratory and possess a strong understanding of IANZ and ISO 17025, 9001 standards.

As a Veterinary Laboratory Assistant, you will be required to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 4am and 7pm, including some Saturdays. You must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience or a desire to work within a multi-discipline diagnostics laboratory.
  • Strong understanding of IANZ and ISO 17025, 9001 standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 4am and 7pm, including some Saturdays.
