We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Support Specialist. This role involves providing expert technical support and training to customers, empowering them to deliver the best possible care to their patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Providing training and guidance to customers on the use of diagnostic solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing
  • A certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments
  • Knowledge of diseases and veterinary medicine, and/or an understanding of a veterinary clinic workflow
