Clinical Nurse
to join our special aged care community at
St Paul\'s
in
Caboolture
. St Paul\'s specialises in personalised aged care services focused on individual wellbeing and an enriched quality of life.
About you:
Responsibilities
As the Clinical Nurse, you will build strong relationships with staff, residents, stakeholders and families.
Ensure compliance with AN-ACC Funding and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Provide guidance and support to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement activities.
Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team.
Qualifications
Unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
Minimum of two years\' experience working in Aged Care.
Sound experience in wound management and clinical documentation.
