Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Buildings and Facilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Buildings and Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist leadership in the development and delivery of prioritised multi-year renewal & new build project plans, and providing technical advice to identify and resolve facilities issues for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical specifications for both design and construction project phases.
  • Track the status of all projects versus plan against key KPIs of time, budget, quality and safety.
  • Support the Building & Facilities Operations branch contributing to a team culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Work collaboratively with all team members and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High level experience planning and delivering building renewal programs.
  • Strong experience building productive relationships and driving collaborative outcomes.
  • Strong experience developing individual and team capabilities.
  • Experience of financial practices in a legislative environment.
  • High standards of governance and risk management practices.
  • Strong experience developing and analysing business intelligence data.
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or other relevant field (required).
  • Construction Induction Card competency (required).
