Senior Growth Executive

This is an enterprise, execution-plus-strategy role reporting to the CEO, Australia with a matrix line to the CCO, APAC. You will craft national growth while collaborating across Aon Australia and the wider region to deliver outsized client and commercial outcomes.

A high-impact leader is required to drive the growth of new business revenue, client profitability, and client service levels across Aon Australia, with impact across Pacific/APAC.

The Senior Growth Executive will be responsible for accelerating enterprise growth through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial bias for action, growth and improvement mentality, and commercial competence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with executive business owners to construct and deliver commercial growth strategies that position Aon Australia as industry-leading.
  • Driving portfolio growth across new client acquisition (Risk Capital & Human Capital), including pipeline development, management, and sales capability uplift.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to grow existing clients (new/existing solution-line sales) through Delivering Aon United (DAU) and Aon Client Leadership (ACL) activity.
  • Identifying incremental organic opportunities with segment leaders and shaping arguments for inorganic growth to deliver tangible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced networking and prospect engagement skills, recognized social/thought-leadership profile, strong influencing and negotiation skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, adaptability, resilience, humility, empathy, and openness.

Background: Senior commercial, sales, or client-management experience in financial/professional services or insurance.
