You'll be armed with:

$80,000 base + commissions (OTE $105K)
10% salary bump at 6 months, and again at 12 months

What You'll Be Doing:Prospect into complex enterprise accounts using a multithreaded, high-touch approach
Navigate org charts, map accounts, and build relationships across multiple stakeholders
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, teeing up discovery calls for the enterprise sales team
Position real value—not just features—by tying our platform to strategic business goals
Work closely with marketing and sales on targeted campaigns and go-to-market plays
Keep your CRM sharp and your outreach smarter with a data-driven mindset
Who You Are:You don't have to tick every box—but here's what helps:
1+ years in a BDR/SDR role, ideally selling complex or enterprise software
Confident speaking with senior stakeholders across departments
Strategic in how you target, creative in how you engage
Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and large orgs
Highly organised, process-driven, and coachable
