As a global account manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for managing named global telco accounts. You will work closely with high-profile clients, leveraging Lenovo's comprehensive product and service portfolio to meet their needs and drive business growth.

About the Role

This role requires a consultative selling approach, C-level communication experience, a deep understanding of client business processes, the skill to lead global team members, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including international counterparts, product management, marketing, and service delivery, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    • Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities for improvement, and future collaboration plans.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, providing consultative advice and proposing effective solutions.
    • Present Lenovo's product and service offerings in a compelling manner, demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders within assigned global accounts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.
