Role Overview

This exciting role involves partnering with veterinary hospitals to source, attract, and place top-tier specialists, registrars, residents, and interns.

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide expert recruitment support, strategic talent sourcing, and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing – Collaborate with the talent engagement manager and hospitals to identify and place candidates quickly and effectively for both immediate and future needs.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle – Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialists, registrars, residents, and interns, optimizing our ATS platform.
  • Headhunting & Outreach – Utilize LinkedIn projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
  • Industry Engagement – Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Process Improvement – Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.
