About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our team at Medibank Private Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our orthopaedic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the day-to-day management of our orthopaedic services, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional patient experience.
- Liaise with our clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery for patients, doctors, and carers.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care, alongside an exceptional experience for patients and doctors.
- Support the development of further short-stay orthopaedic services, working closely with doctors and our Revenue and Health Fund Relations team.
- Report on the performance of our orthopaedic services, including financial, quality, and safety metrics, to various internal and external stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with considerable clinical leadership experience, gained within a private hospital or day surgery centre. You will have a proven track record in leading, managing, and developing teams, as well as experience in complex projects in a healthcare environment.
You will possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to interpret and present complex data and information via reports and dashboards to a varied audience. Your commercial, operations, and stakeholder management skills will be highly valued in this role.
