About The Role

GenAI models are rapidly improving, and our goal is to enable them to handle specialized questions and complex reasoning. As an AI Tutor in Coding on our platform, you'll collaborate on these projects.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Generating prompts that challenge AI
  • Defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses
  • Correcting model responses using your domain knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of professional Java experience
  • Code review experience is essential
  • AI project experience is a plus
  • Advanced English level (C1 or above)
  • Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly, and work with complex guidelines
  • Fully remote role: laptop, internet, time, and enthusiasm required
