Immersive Creative Experience Lead

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing audience engagement strategies through community-led initiatives, storytelling, and brand-building.
  • Establishing strong relationships with artists, partners, and funders at local, national, and international levels.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in leading and managing high-profile arts programs or organizations of scale. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to engage new and diverse audiences and build creative partnerships. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to thrive in complex, dynamic environments.
