**About the role**:
The Australian Ballet's Artistic Health team, which includes physiotherapists, myotherapists strength and conditioning coaches, exercise instructors and doctors, works as a close-knit unit to support dancers in all aspects of prevention and management of dance specific injury and provides an outstanding on-site service to dancers. The management of the Artistic Health team is undertaken by the Principal Physiotherapist. The role of the Artistic Health Team Administrator is to provide the Artistic Health Team staff with administrative support to ensure that the team is able to provide dancers with efficient and excellent care.

The Artistic Health team aims to optimise artistic performance and support the health and wellbeing of our dancers by engaging in world-leading, evidence-based practices and research that are daring but respect tradition. Our innovations will be shared with the dance community, elite sport and the broader community globally.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Onboard and coordinate all casual physiotherapists, myotherapists and exercise instructors
- Manage appointment availability in online booking system
- Assist administration of athletic management system (AMS)
- Order supplies for Ballet Centre and ensure that all supplies are organised to be packed for the theatre on all tours
- Organise gym and theatre access for staff
- Support Director of Artistic Health with preparing monthly and annual board reports
- Coordinate team meetings and professional development activities
- Support Director of Artistic Health with team budget
- Work with finance to pay all invoices for the Artistic Health Team
- Support the Welfare and Development Co-ordinator with administrative responsibilities
- Liaise with external networks to support dancers' personal and career development
- Answer external enquiries from the public and health professionals or redirect as appropriate
- Support HR in managing WorkCover requirements

**What you'll need**:

- Experience in Administration or similar role
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt easily to change
- Takes initiative and ability to problem solve
- Maintains a confidential and respectful approach in the workplace
