The Artistic Director is responsible for leading a team of specialist teachers across Visual and Digital Arts, Drama, Dance and Music.
This role involves shaping a bold vision for the Arts and ensuring it is integrated into school life.
The successful candidate will guide curriculum development, foster staff collaboration, and create opportunities for students to showcase their creativity through performances, exhibitions and productions.
With strong leadership and a passion for innovation, the Artistic Director will inspire colleagues and students to see the Arts as central to learning, wellbeing and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team of specialist teachers.
- Develop and implement an artistic vision for the school.
- Foster collaboration among staff members.
- Create opportunities for student engagement in the arts.
- Guide curriculum development to ensure alignment with school goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
