Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Queens Park. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of educators, planning and implementing innovative educational programs, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and wellbeing for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care
  • Plan and implement educational programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and wellbeing for children
  • Collaborate with the centre team to achieve centre goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised qualifications)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing
  • Passionate educator with a child-led approach
