About the Role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, collaborating with the Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Lead and mentor a team of Educators to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Contribute to the development of the Centre's educational vision and goals
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to ensure the Centre's overall success

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised qualifications)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Experience in a Senior Educator role or leadership position
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of Educators
