We are seeking a skilled data professional to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our platform's integrity.

Using advanced analytics and statistical methods, you will work on proactive monitoring, analysis, and regular reporting of customer activity to detect and mitigate potential risks.

Your role with us:

You will identify, analyze, report, and action any abuse across our platforms.

Using large datasets, you will develop and maintain risk models to quantify and predict threats, providing actionable insights.

Communicating findings to stakeholders is also key as you generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

You will join our Business Intelligence Team and report to our Data Analytics Lead for Risk.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and analyze customer activity, transactions, gameplay, and related metrics to identify irregularities or risks.
  • Investigate flagged risks and deliver assessments and resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders with insights to guide risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve risk detection protocols.
  • Enhance risk assessment methodologies to match evolving threats.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in data analytics.
  • Experience with large transactional datasets in fraud, forensic, remediation, or risk-related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills.
