The role of a Digital Transformation Lead is to spearhead the implementation of digital transformation strategies across various projects and initiatives. This involves ensuring that changes are prioritized and executed effectively, while managing risks associated with people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management plans for projects and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals
  • Manage a portfolio of projects requiring fit-for-purpose change management advisory and specialist support
  • Identify, plan, and implement change management requirements to support successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management plans
  • Apply and utilize the organization's Change Management Framework, processes, tools, and activities
  • Support the development of organizational capability in change management through coaching and mentoring initiatives
  • Ensure governance and compliance with reporting requirements

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Management, Organizational Development, or Communications
  • Hold a Change Management certification at practitioner level or higher (Prosci or similar)
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing digital change initiatives in complex organizational environments
  • Demonstrated experience in change impact and complexity assessments, mapping change requirements, designing and delivering sustainable change in a long-term setting, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability and commitment to establishing and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Demonstrable experience working in fast and complex organizational environments
