Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the General Counsel and other senior executives to drive business growth while minimizing risk.

The ideal candidate will possess strong contract negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Provide expert counsel on regulatory matters, including contract review and negotiations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure operational initiatives meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Offer day-to-day legal support on routine contract matters, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor contracts.

Requirements:

\
  • 10+ years of legal experience with heavy transactional responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated background in contract law with a preference for experience in data protection, intellectual property, or supply chain agreements.
  • Skilled in approaching negotiations with flexibility and innovation to develop solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships and clearly present legal guidance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any U.S. state.
