  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Produce monthly management reporting for the company, including financial reports, operations review packs, and leadership team finance reports.
  • Financial Metrics and Analysis: Prepare financial metrics and analysis for management reviews, including forecasting and analysis of full-year forecast against the budget and prior forecast.
  • Reporting and Deadlines: Meet reporting deadlines monthly, quarterly, and annually in accordance with the financial calendar.
  • Process Enhancements: Effectively leverage the potential of core financial systems to process enhancements.
  • Long-Range Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan: Support the development of the long-range financial plan and annual operating plan.
  • Ad Hoc Reports and Analysis: Prepare ad hoc reports and other analysis as requested.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Theoretical to advanced knowledge of finance or accounting, practical knowledge of projects, programs, or systems relevant to the business, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to facilitate a decision-making process.
