Service Technician Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and team members is crucial to success in this role.
  • You will carry out specialized repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance work on a range of surface and underground mining equipment.
  • Solving complex equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault finding requires strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Field and workshop repairs are an essential part of this job.
  • You will provide high-level technical product support to customers within the region.
  • A commitment to adhering to SHEQ and WHS requirements is necessary.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Equipment knowledge and experience, particularly with Epiroc's range of products.
  • A Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification is required.
  • Able to handle and work under pressure, while providing quality customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills are essential.
